Randy Zimmerman was a member of the One O'Clock NTSU Lab Band and has extensive freelance experience. He has toured extensively in the U.S. with Tito Puente, JAMAD, The Creative Opportunity Orchestra, Jimmy Dorsey, The Austin Klezmorim and in Europe, the former U.S.S.R. and West Germany with European jazz trumpeter Klaus Lenz.
His Puerto Rican jazz group,JAZZ P.R. is one of the hottest salsa bands in Texas. Randy's primary influences are Wayne Henderson, Curtis Fuller, John Coltrane, and Freddie Hubbard.
